Delete your Haligi account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deleting can't be undone.

How to delete it

In the app

1. Open Haligi and go to More. Professionals go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in

1. Email hello@example.com with the subject Delete my account.
2. Include the name and mobile number on your account.
3. We'll confirm it's you by asking about details only you would know.
4. We delete the account and tell you when it's done, within 30 days of your request.

Store accounts are closed through the email route, because a store's orders also belong to its customers.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, mobile number and password
• Projects you own, with their purchases, expenses, stages, notes and photos
• Shared pages of your projects, which stop working
• ID photos and selfies, if you verified your account
• For professionals: your profile, licence photos, portfolio and public link

If you're a member of someone else's project, such as a foreman or manager, you're removed from it. Updates or purchases you added stay on that project, because they're part of the owner's record of their house.

What we keep

• Backups roll over and are gone within 30 days.
• Records the law requires, only if a law, a dispute or a lawful order requires us to keep them, and only for as long as it does.

Other options

If you only want to stop sharing, you don't need to delete anything: make your project private in the app, and shared links stop working straight away. To get a copy of your data before you go, ask us in the same email.
